Canada's regulatory authority ensures all products sold by the license holder has documented procedures in place related to distribution records, complaint handling, recalls, mandatory problem reporting and for handling storage, delivery, installation, and servicing.

Medical Devices Regulations (COR/98-282)

Canada's regulatory authority pertaining to legal requirement for manufacturers, importers, distributors, and inspection agencies.

Electrical Safety Authority

The Ontario Electrical Safety Code is law in Ontario. ESA's primary responsibility includes enforcement of the code.

CAN/CSA-C22.2 no. 60601

Standard used by Department of Justice and ESA to enforce legal and procedural requirements are met for all medical devices.
